"This is a truly magical house in a wonderful location - sometimes called the forgotten Corner of Cornwall. We spent a very memorable week that we will not forget. The house is very spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The views are breathtaking. And there is direct access to the sea for swimming and kayaking. There are 4 pubs within a short walk from the house and for those seeking longer walks the beautiful South West Coast path runs through the village.”

“Everything about this place is 5 star - views, location, hosts, facilities, cleanliness and direct access to the beach. Edward and Nina were super helpful in their communications and provided a lovely welcome hamper and lots of info on food and activities. We were (very) regular visitors to The Bay Bar and Restaurant where the food was consistently good – and the local bakery had wonderful pastries and breakfasts. We loved just watching the world go by from the window seats or the balcony with their fabulous views as well as taking walks on the coastal path which you can access right from the front door.
A wonderful place, I cannot recommend highly enough and hope to be able to go back! If you’re considering booking – just do it. You will not be disappointed..”

"I can quite honestly say that we had the most fabulous week staying at No.3 The Old School House at the start of the school holidays. The weather was quite kind all things considered! It really didn't spoil the holiday. What can I say about the property? Absolutely fabulous. Thank you To Edward and Nina for their generosity in sharing it with others. I don't think we have ever stayed somewhere that felt like being in a postcard ourselves. We didn't move the car all week. So convenient for lovely walks and water sports as well as great places to eat. It really was a privilege"

“What a find!! This property was amazing, beautifully decorated, in a stunning location - I don't think we have ever had such a wonderful break which met the needs of us the parents and our teenage girls. Access to the water and beach made kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming so easy and there were beautiful walks straight from the front door in all directions. Edward the owner provided such good information prior to us arriving that we could book restaurants for dinner and there was a wealth of information in the house to fill many weeks of a holiday. We'll be back very soon ”
