At No. 3, we know your four-legged friend is part of the family—just like our own beloved Cockerpoo, Lulu, who you might spot in a few of our photos! That’s why we’re happy to welcome one small to medium-sized dog to stay with you. Just let us know in advance, as a small additional cleaning fee applies.
With the beach quite literally on your doorstep, your dog will have a paradise to explore—from sandy stretches to gentle waves. No need to bundle a soggy pup into the car after your walk; simply head back home, rinse off in the dedicated beach-level shower room, and relax together in comfort. Many dogs love watching the world go by from the kitchen window, gazing out over the beach—just like we do!
For those who love longer walks, the South West Coast Path runs right past the house, offering miles of breathtaking trails filled with new sights and smells for your dog to enjoy. The local area is wonderfully dog-friendly too, with several pubs and cafés welcoming dogs, so they can join you for a drink or bite to eat.
About our Dogs Welcome holiday home
Inside, you’ll find a handy utility room—perfect for drying off, storing leads and towels, and keeping things tidy. Our wooden floors in key areas make cleaning up a breeze, and the private, enclosed garden provides a safe spot for your dog to lounge while you enjoy a bit of alfresco dining or a quiet moment outdoors.
At No. 3, your dog won’t just be accommodated—they’ll be just as pampered and welcome as the rest of the family, we’re truly a dogs welcome holiday home!
Outside, you’ll find a beautiful enclosed walled garden shared by the five houses, with each home enjoying its own private space. No. 3 has a pretty paved area with benches and a table reserved exclusively for your use. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and croissant in the sunshine, or an impromptu evening supper with friends, family—and the soothing sounds of the sea as your soundtrack.
A gate from the garden leads directly to the slipway and down to the ocean.
Bringing your dog?
We love welcoming well-behaved dogs, but please note that the garden isn’t suitable for leaving them unattended. Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead in this area at all times. No. 3 has a small section of the lawn for private use—if your dog needs to toilet, please encourage them to do so on the grass near the picnic table.
For exercise, there’s ample room to roam on the beach and along the spectacular South West Coast Path, which passes right by the front door. Girt Beach is dog-friendly all year round, while Cawsand Beach has some seasonal restrictions.
