Where Generations Gather and Memories Are Made
At No. 3, The Old School House, we believe that family holidays should be just as magical for the grown-ups as they are for the little ones.
While children might find joy in the smallest things—muddy puddles, ice creams, or a well-placed rock pool—No. 3 offers something truly special:
✨ A secret smugglers’ passage straight onto the beach
✨ Window seats perfect for storm-watching or seal-spotting
✨ A double kayak ready for sea adventures
✨ Board games, books, and puzzles for rainy-day fun
✨ Open-plan living made for connection and conversation
Designed with Families in Mind
Set across four spacious floors, the house offers plenty of room to come together—and plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re a family of four or a multi-generational group. It’s a place to connect and recharge, but also to find a quiet corner when needed.
Note: As the property spans multiple levels, guests with toddlers or elderly family members may want to consider mobility needs in advance.
Space to Relax, Play, and Gather
The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, where parents can cook while kids play, and everyone can come together around the large dining table for shared meals or board game championships. This space looks directly onto the sea, so the fun is never far away.
We’ve thoughtfully stocked the house with games, puzzles, books, and indoor activities to suit every age and interest—so no one’s ever bored, even when the weather turns.

Outdoor Living, Family Style

Turn left and the private garden offers a lovely spot for family lunches with the old high wall giving protection from any sea breeze , and the nearby coastal path offers walks filled with wildflowers, secret coves, and stunning sea views.
At No. 3, we’ve created more than just a place to stay—we’ve created a setting for unforgettable family time, filled with adventure, laughter, and comfort.
Because the best kind of luxury is the one that brings everyone together.
